Steve and Lori Martel have been successfully selling real estate, full time, for the past 22 years. Their focus has been in all types of real estate, from first time buyers, relocations, investment properties to luxury home builders. Their business has been built on their referrals, reputation and connections to our community.

 

Not only are they successful in their Real Estate careers, they have achieved academic success well. Steve earned his BA in English Literature from Fordham University, and is also an accomplished musician, and well recognized as the founding front man for the Joe Cotton band. Steve can be found performing at local venues and charity events throughout Palm Beach County.  Lori spends her down time in her studio where she draws and paints. Both are avid readers. Most importantly, the Martel family enjoys spending time together with their 12 year old son, Ethan.

 

“Steve is our up front guy. He’s out there every day making connections with everyone and anyone who wants to talk real estate”, says Lori. Whether it’s a buyer, seller, other realtors, builders, bankers, or people in the grocery store, you name it, Steve will strike up a conversation about one of his passions, Real Estate.  All of these connections have translated to selling more homes and finding just the right homes for their buyers.

 

With a BS in Business Administration, with a major in marketing from Bryant University, Lori is more behind the scenes, working on market analysis reports, marketing, advertising, pricing and setting up open houses and broker tours.  “It’s important to follow statistics to make sure we are on track with pricing for our sellers and our buyers”. Lori also makes sure their buyers meet their goals by staying on top of the required deadlines, interfacing with the lenders, closing agents and inspectors.
